AlanW
Hi to the Brains Trust. How about having a go at producing a Slider control so we can change the value in the OIP via this slider. Thanks in advance. Quote Link to comment

Marionette Maven Marissa Farrell Posted February 26, 2016 Marionette Maven Share Posted February 26, 2016 Alan, Alan, Alan, Of course you have to bring this up! We have a slider in early development right now. I can't give you any idea as to when it will be available to users, unfortunately it's not as simple to add as creating new nodes is... since we have to build it into Vectorworks itself. I'm in the first stage of testing on it, so practice your patience! It will come about eventually Quote Link to comment
Kevin McAllister
We have a slider in early development right now. Hopefully its as versatile as the C4D float slider in Xpresso..... KM Quote Link to comment

lgoodkind
Forgive me for being noob - How does one go about changing the parameters of this slider so that is is useful? or are we stuck with 0-25? Quote Link to comment
lgoodkind
I saw this thread that allows one to edit the min and max of the slider but I see that it only uses int. Is there a way to get a slider to use a decimal value? would be nice to not have to use math to get a vale of say .25 to 1.5 Quote Link to comment
Marionette Maven Marissa Farrell Posted September 27, 2018 Marionette Maven Share Posted September 27, 2018 To my knowledge, there is not a way to get decimal values without doing the math for them. You have the option of factoring the math directly into the node's script or performing the math within the network using other nodes. The decimal values will not display within the slider control.
