GWS
I have created a Viewport with custom render applied(mostly medium levels) the same as on the design layer. The Viewport renders very much more brightly than the design layer and when I play with the viewport lighting options nothing seems to alter. I have tried Layer lighting options, turning off the ambient light, using HDRi and not using HDRI, turning off the spotlights on the design layer etc, but the render in the Viewport stays unchanged even after updating. Final Quality suffers the same thing. Is this a bug or am I missing something. Quote Link to comment
Benson Shaw
Compare the layer and class visibilities of the Design Layer view and the VP. If the design layer view is rendered with some layers set to invisible, eg because the view is accessed via a Saved View, then a heliodon or other light source on one of those layers is not affecting the view. Same possibility for classes. The Unified View options might ignore some layers, too. One or more of those invisible layers/classes with light sources might be visible in the VP, thereby making it brighter. only a guess. -B Quote Link to comment
GWS
I've tried everything but can't work this out. Anyone else having an issue with this? Quote Link to comment
