Archmed
Dear all, I activate walkthrough mode in Vectorworks 2016 and it behaves quite strangely. View is set in wireframe (I have tried others too, same problem occurs). When I use the 'walk mode' icon to move closer to the model, as I come within proximity of the model, the lines disappear the closer I move to the model! I really need an interior view of the space I'm working on, but the closest I can get to the model is still in view of the exterior! (Note: I've checked my units/scale is correct too and everything seems fine). VW '15 had this feature working perfectly, I've no idea what's causing the issue in '16. Does anyone have any leads/resolutions on this? Cheers Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee PVA - Admin Posted November 13, 2015 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted November 13, 2015 Do you see this same behavior in OpenGL? Objects disappearing when close to the camera? There is now a minimum obstruction distance included, but its only when your camera is crammed directly against something from the testing i did.
