VW-PAD-Bristol-2014
Can anybody help, when I reference a drawing the insulation tile fill doesn't align with the cavity in the wall as it does in the main file. Is there a quick fix to this? Edited September 25, 2015 by VW-PAD-Bristol-2014 Quote Link to comment
AlanW
This is a bit strange. I set up a wall style and used the cavity fill using a tile and chose Wall Insulation on Batt-o2-TF and no matter how wide i made the cavity it stayed correct. I converted the wall to unstyled and still ok then i exreferenced it to another drawing and still it was ok. Maybe post the VW drawing Quote Link to comment
VW-PAD-Bristol-2014
It appears that the tile was referenced into the master and as a result referring to the co-ordinates of the source file, and because the master document is a presentation file the viewports were moved around. To get over this I have broken the resource link and over written the class properties in the referenced viewport. Not sure if there would be a better way? but it seems to work at the moment.
