digitalcarbon
the 3d pdf file is 614mb the original VW2016 file is 304mb i think the vw viewer option is better than the pdf viewer. no exporting to 3d pdf which took about 5 min. but its good to have the 3d pdf option Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee PVA - Admin Posted September 16, 2015 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted September 16, 2015 The quality setting on 3D PDF Export will give you some control of file size, but yeah a complex 3D file is hefty in that format. Quote Link to comment

Vectorworks, Inc Employee PVA - Admin Posted September 16, 2015 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted September 16, 2015 Some users have had to add it manually via Tools > Workspaces > Workspace editor. We suspect this is an issue with Migration Manager not adding the new tools to converted workspaces from old versions and have filed it as a bug. Did you have a customized workspace? Or, are you in a Fundamentals workspace? It wouldnt show there. Quote Link to comment
alain
Right on it Jim! Thanks. It was not in my workspace, so i had to add it via the workspace editor. Thanks a lot! Solved. Edited September 16, 2015 by alain Quote Link to comment
