Currently if you want to change from a 2D or 3D rectangular tube to a square tube, you have to draw a separate square tube on top of the rectanglar tube and delete the rectanglar tube.
You should be able to change the tube shape from a pull-down on the OIP: After all, a square tube is just a rectangular tube with equal sides.
Ideally- round tubing (rename to 'Pipe / Round Tubing') should also be a pull-down option, so that just one Tool would cover all Structural Tubing: Rectangular, Square and Pipe/Round.
