Wish List - Rendering timer

When rendering a viewport, there should be a timer to let you know how long the render is expected to take. The first five minutes all look the same - but whether you're requesting a ten minute render or a 2 hour render should be noted IMMEDIATELY.

Unfortunately until it completes the render, there is no way for it to know how long its going to take.

There was talk of adding an estimation, but it would about as useful as those download times in a browser where the starting estimate for a large file is 20 minutes, it says "5 mins remaining" the entire download and then says 99 minutes 5 seconds before it completes. If we added an estimate in the current system, it would be even remotely accurate only a tiny portion of the time.

I have however put in for a more accurate progress bar with time elapsed however, which would give a user a better idea of how long might be left, rather than just giving them a numerical figure that would most often be wrong.
