gejsen Posted June 21, 2015 Share Posted June 21, 2015 (edited) I would like to use symbols I have in earlier versions of VW in my present VW14. When I use the Resource Pallet > Browse Document, I can find the library in my older version VW13 but when I try to open it I get a window saying the objects were created in an earlier version and cannot be imported. Benjamin Weill Posted June 21, 2015 Share Posted June 21, 2015 Yes. You have to convert your old files to the new version. If it's just one file, then open it in your current version, and VW will ask if you want to save it for the proper version. If it's more than one file, there is a command called "batch convert" - I believe it's under the file menu - that will convert multiple files. Quote Link to comment
