drmdzh
How do you prevent this from happening? (see image attached) Project was fine, rendered fine for a few weeks, then working on it today, this started to happen when rendering in openGL. Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee PVA - Admin Posted June 15, 2015 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted June 15, 2015 The same happens after restarting Vectorworks? Same issue in all files rendered in OpenGL or just certain ones? Quote Link to comment
rDesign
It may be unrelated, but what version of MacBook Pro do you have? I had to have Apple replace (for free!) the motherboard in my out-of-warranty MBP because of video problems. In the end it wouldn't even turn on, but it started with quirky video glitches / artifacts and random shutdowns. MacBook Pro Repair Extension Program for Video Issues The link above will tell you if your MBP is one of the affected models. Quote Link to comment
drmdzh
I restarted VW, same thing. Only this one file. Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee PVA - Admin Posted June 15, 2015 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted June 15, 2015 Any objects far from 0? If you set everything to show/snap/modify and turn all classes and layers on, then do a select all and View > Zoom > Fit to Objects, you can see everything, or does the model before very small onscreen? If it isnt that, get in touch with support with that file and they'll have a look. Quote Link to comment
drmdzh
My Pro is 2.5 GHz Intel i5. 8GB 1600 MHz DDR3 Running 10.8.5 Vectorworks 2015 Are there compatibility issues? I took the computer in to university IT and they said it's not the graphics card. How do I send the file to VW support? Thanks. Quote Link to comment
