James Milkey
Hi All, I am wondering if there is a way, in the find and modify command in Vectorworks, to select a range of channels. For example, I want to select all light fixtures in Channels 1 thru 8. Typing 1-8 in the enter text field does not work. Any thoughts? I am sure I am missing something obvious, I hope. C. Andrew Dunning
I am wondering if there is a way, in the find and modify command in Vectorworks, to select a range of channels. Not out-of-the-box, no. You'll want to look into AutoPlot Tools For Spotlight (http://www.autoplotvw.com/APSL_Desc.asp). I believe that must-have collection of scripts includes one that will do what you're needing. michaelk
I second Mr. Dunning. Even if you only use one or two of Sam's tools, it's worth twice the price. Sam's chain motor tools are also a must have. mk Quote Link to comment
Benjamin Weill
I'll happily "Third" this. Between the "find and modify" commands, and the "copy altered label legends" commands, it is worth WAY more than the actual price of the AutoPlot tools.
