Don't know if this has come up before but just a heads up; if you export a dwg whilst you have cropped DLVPs the export is very strange. It has extra layers and drawing offsets and becomes pretty useless.
Removing the crop on all DLVPs solves the problem. Just thought I would share what we have found.
