In addition to "lower case", "UPPER CASE", and "Title Caps", the Text
Currently the best way to achieve this (assuming your text is currently all caps, for example) is to select "lower case" then manually go through and capitalize the appropriate letters. Or copying and pasting into Word since Word has that functionality...
