schreib 0 Posted February 19, 2015 how about USA wall types? any to share? Quote Share this post Link to post
Wes Gardner 315 Posted April 1, 2015 I have two... One is set up to function with levels, layers and stories - it has a plus sign as a prefix. It will need levels set up for it to bind to... The other is set up to function without levels and stories - you'll need to supply a Wall Height for the layer it is placed on. Quote Share this post Link to post
michaelk 471 Posted April 1, 2015 Wes Interesting… Do you make a duplicate wall type with the sheathing and siding components having a different offset for each different slab thickness? Quote Share this post Link to post
Wes Gardner 315 Posted April 2, 2015 If you use the style that DOES NOT use levels then, yes you will need to adjust that offset... Quote Share this post Link to post
Wes Gardner 315 Posted April 2, 2015 (edited) I'll post this here as well as it steps you through how to create a wall style from scratch and also talks about the three methods for setting up a wall style. Edited April 2, 2015 by Wes Gardner Quote Share this post Link to post

lcda 4 Posted February 11, 2016 does any one knows how to do a brick wall hatch like this Quote Share this post Link to post
Christian Fekete 17 Posted March 3, 2016 That's too many details, walls in VW are defined in thicknesses with individual heights as needed but I don't think you can add two thicknesses above one another Quote Share this post Link to post
