0 grant_PD
You can add that in your contextual menu in the workspace editor Quote Link to comment

0 bcd
Yes, this is useful but the problem with adding these and other commands to the contextual menu thusly is that they're not really contextual, the logical conclusion being that extensive use of this method will result in the contextual menu offering a long list of irrelevant commands. eg, Compose/Decompose is available whether one, two or more lines are selected or indeed if two uncomposable objects are selected (a symbol and a worksheet) - although composing some of these commands into power commands as previously discussed could have huge potential. eg. Compose/Decompose+ might - join lines - join Nurbs Curves & Surfaces - add surfaces - add selected items to selected group - composes text into paragraphs - combine two symbols into a nested symbol ... And contextual commands would ideally only be offered if they are in fact applicable. Quote Link to comment
0 Vectorworks, Inc Employee PVA - Admin Posted February 20, 2015 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted February 20, 2015 Agreed, the ability for the user to control under WHAT context the menu options would appear under is important as well, if there are certain circumstances that would functionally "work" but not be desired by the user.
