There is the new Workspaces dialog that lists the workspaces and allows you to perform various workspace management functions. One notable omission is an option to Import a Workspace. This function would allow you to navigate to a workspace file on disk and then move/copy it to the user folder.
(This would be a nice clean way to share my workspace with my students and not have to delve down into the libraries so early on in their Vectorworks learning experience.)
