Custom binding for bounded Slabs

I'd like to be able to custom bind one or more sides of an auto-bounded slab.

eg -

3 sides bounded to outer face of wall core

4th side bounded to the center of a wall core

or inner face of wall core + 4"

or etc.

And more binding options. When you have a wall with many components, I want to decide which component, not only the outer, inner or core one.

Would this interface be more desirable as a pickable list, or would you often just want to be able to click the edge to the bounding component within a wall?

Something like clicking the slab and then a button for "Assign Custom Boundaries" and then a cursor lets you first pick the edge of a slab, following by clicking on the specific component within the wall, similar to the selection UI for Component Join?
