I often need to manipulate individual nurbs vertices to get a shape just right.
It is slow work because Vectorworks does not allow me to select a vertice directly. I have to find the relevant vertice through the OIP by clicking through all of the vertices one at a time.
I wish I could just option-click on any vertice – from within the Reshape Tool – to select that particular vertex and have its coordinates and weight displayed in the OIP (in the move vertex only mode).
My second wish should also be possible: Some tools and some commands only work on untrimmed surfaces. I wish Vectorworks would offer a command to create new, untrimmed surfaces based on trimmed surfaces with 3 or 4 corners without holes. (There should probably be an accuracy setting for this).
