Line Type Default

Hello,

For some reason my line type selection reverts back to a different line type as if it were a default. So I try to select line type 2, but the pull down always shows line type 10. I would think that once you select a line type it would stay as the default until you select a different line type. Any help here? Thanks.

What version of Vectorworks are you using? What operating system?

In a test here in Vectorworks 2015 it keeps this setting as expected. With the Line tool active, I change the Line Type, then draw the expected line type. If I leave the tool and select another, use it, then return to the line tool it still draws my selected type.

The obvious question - when you select line type 2, is there any geometry selected? If so, you are only changing the line type for the selection - the default stays the same.
