Problems using image export

Recommended Posts

If QuickTime isn't installed, you should get an error message when launching VW 8-10.

The problem is that you are using QT 5 or 6 and installed it using a typical install.

You should go back to your QT 5 install. When installing it, make sure you select a CUSTOM install rather than the default Typical install.

The following dialog box will give you a list of items you wish to install. Click on the Select All button to select all components.

When the install is complete, restart the computer and then launch VW.

You should now be able to export images in VW>

If you are installing QT 6 -- please update to VW 9.5.3 to avoid a number of placement of images problems on export.
