minotto
The choices for text in Vectorworks 2015 is truly overwhelming. Does VWs use the Fonts already present in the OS of a computer or are the text styles within the program itself? If so, is there some sort of reference chart available? Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee PVA - Admin Posted September 23, 2014 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted September 23, 2014 Vectorworks will use all compatible fonts installed within your OS. Text Styles are a resource that can be edited and saved within a Vectorworks file, but they aren't fonts themselves, they just include them. I believe you can find the reference charts here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_typefaces_included_with_Microsoft_Windows http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_typefaces_included_with_OS_X This font list will grow if you install other software packages that include fonts, such as the Adobe suites or Office. Guest BillV
Jim I have Created a Space Label. I have assigned a Text Style to the Space Label. However, when I change the Text Style in the Class this does not change on the Space label. All other aspects like Line Colour, Line Weight, Fill and Opacity will change but not the Text. I have checked this with Jonathan Pickup. Same result. Quote Link to comment
Cadplan Architecture
If you are using a Mac you can view all fonts in the Font Book application Quote Link to comment
