Mattheng
Sorry it's me again. I keep trying to get a model in 2015 to perform as described and it just keeps jerking backwards and forwards. I have even reset the preferences but nothing doing. I know it's going to be crushingly simple but I can't find it. ... Matt Quote Link to comment
Mattheng
I might have just answered my own question. It doesn't seem to work on any file that wasn't written originally in 2015. I just tested one that was and it is fine.... Is this the answer? Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee PVA - Admin Posted September 23, 2014 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted September 23, 2014 I have had that happen with some older files, however I have yet to see specifically what causes them to not use the transition animation. Often it seems working with the file for a short time in 2015 will cause it to suddenly start transitioning, but I haven't seen what triggers it. Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee Dave Donley Posted September 23, 2014 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted September 23, 2014 View transition animations work when Unified View is on. Is Unified View off in your file? Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee PVA - Admin Posted September 23, 2014 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted September 23, 2014 Thank you! That works on the remaining files I had here that wouldn't view change. I never turn Unified View off anymore, missed that completely. Quote Link to comment
Mattheng
That does seem to work for me too. So, to be absolutely clear, it doesn't work if you don't have Unified View selected? If so, what was the reason for doing it this way? Thanks. Matt Quote Link to comment
