When creating a elevational viewport from a top plan design layer (to show elevations), sometimes I want to show the section of the building at the section line only and sometimes I want to show walls etc beyond the section view. Now I know this view depth can be adjusted.
But:
I would like to have the option to control the clip plane of the topography independently i.e. topography clip plane 20mm, building clip plane 2000mm.
Then I can achieve a clean section line of the topography while having independent control of the building.
I know that I can fiddle with dual viewports but it is 2014 after all.
