jgmrussell
Hi, I'm drawing a room with 2 walls of different heights. I drew all 4 walls of same height and I'm trying to figure out how to adjust the walls to make the angled side walls, any ideas? I did a search but could not find anything, thank you. michaelk
2 ways: Go to a 3D view. Double click on a wall. A wall version of the reshape tool becomes active. Blue handles will appear on the wall. You can move, add, and subtract vertices like with 2D shapes. Create a 3D shape of the "ceiling". Move it to a new layer. Select the walls. AEC > Fit Walls to Objects? > check 'Constrain Tops of Selected Walls to Objects' and choose the layer with the geometry that you just created. hth mk Quote Link to comment

JesusDelmonte
Hi i cant manage to edit the wall as OP described using the reshape tool in 3D. Im using Vectorworks 2023 has changed this process but i cant figure it out. There is no 3D Reshape tool anymore and the 2D Reshape tool does not work for this in 3d view. Quote Link to comment
