I'm curious to know why one shows the outlines of each facet and the other one doesn't, when I use Hidden Line rendering mode. Dave Quote Link to comment
michaelk Posted May 9, 2014 Share Posted May 9, 2014 It depends on the segment angle of the sweep and the smoothing angle setting of hidden line render. If you turn up the smoothing angle the facets on the ellipsoidals will go away. (The mover sweep probably has a smaller segment angle.) A smoothing angle of 20 is usually the sweet spot.
