TimG
We upgraded from 2011 to 2014 recently. I've noticed attribute mapping does not work as it did... We used to draw solid polygons on design layer, and override with hatches at the VP level. Allowing us to override numerous color / material changes on fly with 2d elevations. (see example attached) However, on 2011, if we needed a hatch rotated, we could temporarily turn the polygon to hatch at the design layer with attribute map, then change it back to solid class attributes, and the rotation of the hatch would stick on the viewport class override. 2014 does not stick after this procedure though, and defaults back to the original hatch world orientation Is there a way to get this to stick again, or anyone else that did this technique have another way to deal with it... or just a bug with the current version? JoshW
you should probably be able to write a script for this. Quote Link to comment
