KNOSAJ
I have a title block symbol that I import into all of my sheets. In that symbol my seal/stamp is a placed JPG. on one of our computers, that JPG shows up, and prints, with inverted colors. Since this does not happen on all of the computers it leads me to believe that it is a setting specifically on that machine. I should also add that this has not always been the case. up until a couple days ago everything was fine. Any idea? thanks jason Edited November 12, 2013 by KNOSAJ Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee PVA - Admin Posted November 12, 2013 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted November 12, 2013 If you simply reboot that machine, then try the import, what occurs? Does it invert the colors of all imported images, or just that one? If you import that same image or any other affected image into a new blank document, does the same thing happen? KNOSAJ
Have rebooted and it doesn't help. - It inverses any placed image (straight into the file, or, within an imported symbol) and only on that one computer. If i open the same file on any other machine, it looks correct. Edited November 12, 2013 by KNOSAJ Quote Link to comment

Vectorworks, Inc Employee PVA - Admin Posted November 13, 2013 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted November 13, 2013 The first thing for that machine then would be a preference reset after closing Vectorworks: http://kbase.vectorworks.net/questions/1099/Resetting+Vectorworks+Preferences After that, if it still behaves the same and the file appears properly on other machines, a full uninstall/reinstall is next if it was working correctly previously.
