Owen Walz
I suspect the answer is no, but is there any way to control the background viewed while modeling in uncropped perspective projection? The whole green grass / blue sky is pretty distracting while trying out different render settings, particularly for theatrical applications in which the background is a dark interior. I realize this isn't an issue in viewports but it is while working in a design layer. If not, feature request? Seems to go along with Vectorworks' move into serious modeling features. Owen Walz
Perhaps the option to view the RW background selected in realtime, or at least select a color? Something neutral is preferred in most modeling software. Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee PVA - Admin Posted November 5, 2013 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted November 5, 2013 You should be able to find this under Tools > Options > Vectorworks Preferences > Interactive > Interactive Appearance Settings Two of the color items should be "General - Background - Perspective...", which should let you change the colors individually. 1 Quote Link to comment
Guest Wes Gardner
In the Interactive Appearance Settings, you can set the "ground" and the "sky" to anything you want - see screen shot Edited November 5, 2013 by Wes Gardner Quote Link to comment
