Selected item/s all attributes->class attributes, w/one click

Hi,

I constantly receive files I have to convert so that we can add our part to them or are converted from DWG. I import all my classes and dump the imported elements into our class structure.

I grab items on a daily basis, sometimes many times a day that I want to simply take on the class's elements. I end up having to click a drop down and select "class style" 4-8 times per item.

I am looking for a script that can take a selected item/s and change all attributes to class attributes in one click. Sounds simple enough, in theory. Maybe this will be a button in the attributes palette one day.

??? There is a button on the attributes palette which will turn the attributes to by class. Click on the down arrow at the bottom of the palette, and choose the option you need.

you mean that down arrow that always sits below my screen level so I never see it? sweet thanks!! phew!
