jhutchison
I do not want to use Vectorworks default classes for many objects. For instance, I would like Window-main to be A-GLAZ and I would like Vert Trans-Main to be A-FLOR-STRS. I tried to change the class name in the class dialog box, but everytime I insert a new door or stairs, it reverts back to the VectorWorks defaults. Anyone know how I can change this frustrating behavior? Quote Link to comment
TiTaNiuM sAMuRai
If you go into 'Create Plug-in', you can find the PIO in question, and there should be a place under 'Parameters...' (?) to change those class names. If not, you'd have to edit the script manually. That wouldn't be too tough, since you'd just replace all instances of the offending name with your own names. CipesDesign
JH- Just to make sure you know: DONT EVER CHANGE OR REMOVE THE "NONE" OR "DIMENSION" CLASSES. It will cause strange behavior. PLC Quote Link to comment
