Rendered Floor Plan

I am trying to create a fast render works rendered floor plan that is cut at 6' ht. I can do this in the design layer using the "clip cube" and rendering in open GL, however, it does not render the textures like I like in fast render works rendering. Any suggestions? Thanks in Advance.
