Is there a way to get a 2d image to render in 3d?

Vectorworks novice here. I am applying all these great images to pavement surfaces, but they show up white in 3d. I am only seeing limited render textures available. Is there a way to turn these images into textures or otherwise get them to show up in 3d?

If you have Renderworks, you have many extra libraries of textures available. You need to add them as favorites to your Resource Browser, then you can apply them easily as you work.

On the RB, click on the Files menu arrow. Choose Add New Favorite Files. This should take you to where Vectorworks is installed. Click on Libraries > Textures and then select all the files.

Try:

View>Rendering>Line Rendering Options

and check the box:

Shows fills in Planar Objects in 3d Views

You can push the opacity up to 100% to get the fill solid both in the Design Layer and in a Viewport.

Thanks to you both. Tasmin, I had just figured that out on my own before you replied. I find that regarding computer software (especially Autocad) if I bang my head on the table long enough, I figure things out.
