mike m oz Posted April 2, 2013 Share Posted April 2, 2013 Saved Views can be used in a 2D workflow where you draw your elevations and sections. If you model though and want to generate elevation and section views from the model then you need to use Sheet Layers and Sheet Layer Viewports. Quote Link to comment

There are several important disadvantages to this however: loss of Class & Layer overrides, annotations, Titleblocks, multiple sheet sizes etc.. Quote Link to comment
