Linds
I have attached two screen shots to hopefully illustrate what I am trying to do. I am drawing a truss plot, and in 3D I want to be able to view the legs of the truss standing up, but I don't know how to do that. Can someone possibly show me the step that I missing here? Thanks so much! Quote Link to comment
Linds
Where do I find the hanging angle? All I can find is the rotate angle. Thanks! Edited March 22, 2013 by Linds Quote Link to comment
Linds
Nevermind, found it! I guess I have to use the truss tool as opposed to the symbols that come with Vectorworks. Appreciate the help! Quote Link to comment
bcd
The truss symbols are hybrid objects. You can either: Modify Convert to Group while in a 3d view to extract only the 3d components or Edit the symbol - 2d, select all, delete to remove them from the symbol. You will then be able to Rotate 3d to bring it vertical. Quote Link to comment
