dimension classes

is it possible to have multiple dimesion classes? I am working on a drawing that requires two different sets and my dimesions always default to the Original Dimension Class instead of the active class.

I would like to not have to resort to layers if possible...

No system is fool-proof suzanne... and that's no excuse to stop solving problems within systems.... anyone else know about working with multiple dim. classes?

Sounds like you guys have personal issues that require resolution off the message board,get to it and leave the rest of us out, my opinion only, pardon me.

It is quite possible to have more than one class, but at the moment there is no way to set dimension lines to come into a class other than "Dimension".

Your certainly welcome to move them to a different class afterwards, but there is now way to get them into the active class automatically.

This is a very high priority wish list item and is on our radar for the near future, but it will not be a 10.0 feature.
