Keyboard short cut to activate sheet layers

Is there a keyboard short cut to activate sheet layers?

I would like to find a quicker way to toggle through all of my sheet layers other than having to go to the navigation pallet & double clicking on the sheet layer.

Command-Up Arrow and Command-Down Arrow will index through sheet and design layers.

(Command-Left Arrow and Command-Right Arrow will do the same with classes)

You can change that in the Edit tab in Preferences....

PS. Here is a link to a map that was developed for my user group of most of the default keyboard shortcuts. It shows the Mac keyboard. I didn't have a PC to test these on, but I believe that except for changing the modifier keys (Command = Control, Option = Alt, etc.) they are the same.
