Automatic 250 Posted March 22, 2006 Share Posted March 22, 2006 Running VW 12, when I open a previously saved file, some of my extrudes along paths have re-orientd themsleves along the working plane. This effects objects in symbols as well. This does not seem to effect extrudes along bezier splines. I worked around the problem by converting all EAP's to NURB solids. The problem showed up when I imported a drawing from another less experienced user who said she was having problems with her VW 11.5. A collegue of mine also opened her work on his machine and now he is having the same problems, he is runnung VW 11.5 WHAT IS GOING ON??!! HELP!! Quote Link to comment

Are they working with 11.5.1? The version the file was last saved is very important - becuase that would indicate if the damage was done permamnently to the files or not. Quote Link to comment

clipper Posted March 24, 2006 Share Posted March 24, 2006 I am using 11.5.0 and experienced this when a file was saved, closed then reopened. I found that if the path was converted to a nurbs curve then the problem went away and the extrusion maintained its position. Quote Link to comment
