KNOSAJ Posted February 15, 2013 Share Posted February 15, 2013 there have been a couple of tools i have tried, in this case, the select similar tool and i get an error that says, " that tool is not authorized for use in this application" whats up? brigx01 Posted September 6, 2013 Share Posted September 6, 2013 I just installed VW 2013 Designer (Full Version), SP4. When I go to the Landmark workspace I can't open the hardscape tool and a couple of others. The error window "That tool is not available in this application" appears. Pat Stanford Posted September 6, 2013 Share Posted September 6, 2013 What does it say when you go to the Vectorworks menu, About Vectorworks? Under Licences Products it should say Designer. If it does not then you are probably using a license for a lesser product. Call Customer Service and they should be able to help you. Quote Link to comment
