TiTaNiuM sAMuRai
Is the file on a network? For a 99% certain de-corruption, copy&paste-in-place layer by layer into a new document. Quote Link to comment
Guest
Does this happen with every file, or just one file when you zoom in on it? Do you get an error message? Is it different from the VW has caused an unexpected error.. blah blahblah... ? Quote Link to comment
Jules Bowie
3 times I have had a major crash of Vectorworks 9.5.2 running on Mac os 10.1.5 on a G4 933 w/ 512mb RAM. This is major because it doesn't just crash Vectorworks, but immediatley logs out of the OS, and hangs when I try and log in forcing me to hard-restart the machine. This crash comes from one file, usually on a zoom command. If I have a corrupt file, how can I clean it...And how is it possible that VW can crash the Finder and the whole system?
