barkest 154 Posted December 1, 2012 Hi, not having an architectural background I am unsure about internal walls. When I create an internal wall do I create it from the centre of the external wall or from the internal boundary of the external wall. I am guessing from the internal boundary but wondered what the difference is? (I have no wall components so maybe it does not really matter) thanks Quote Share this post Link to post
Mark Mullany 14 Posted December 14, 2012 Hello If you don't have components it wont make any difference the walls will joint at the edges. With components the structural element such as the timber frame would meet and the other components would wrap around that such as the plasterboard Quote Share this post Link to post
