About a week ago, I got an error message "Vectorworks 2010 Application has stopped working". Here are the details: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: Vectorworks2010.exe Application Version: 15.0.2.0 Application Timestamp: 4b0e2827 Fault Module Name: StackHash_4c0d Fault Module Version: 0.0.0.0 Fault Module Timestamp: 00000000 Exception Code: c0000005 Exception Offset: 00000000 OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Information 1: 4c0d Additional Information 2: 4c0d4d78887f76d971d5d00f1f20a433 Additional Information 3: 4c0d Additional Information 4: 4c0d4d78887f76d971d5d00f1f20a433 Here is what I have tried: *Re-install Vectorworks *Re-install Quicktime from Vectorworks Install CD *Update quicktime to latest version *Reinstall video drivers *Update video drivers *Disable antivirus *Disconnect from Internet *Run program as Administrator from Program Files folder *Clean Boot Unfortunately I do not have a system restore point to go back to. There are a series of applications known to interact poorly with Vectorworks, and I'd suspect perhaps you might be running one. Unfortunately I'm not aware of what those are, and they'd have the most up to date information. Quote Link to comment
