section viewport label

I have 4 section viewports, 2 have automatic labeling showing up and 2 have not their label. When I add labels as a note the software tells me that there is already a label although I can't see it. I turned all the layers and classes on but still nothing. I also made sure that I am on plan view but that did not do anything.

Any suggestion?

It could be that the text size is very tiny. If it is a new viewport, without other annotations, you could try this: double click (or right click) the viewport, choose edit annotations, then Select All, then Fit To Objects. If there is a label it should show up...
