Lock position

I would like to have the addition of a lock 'position' function.

I would like to lock the position of for example viewports however still have access to them for editing and annotation purposes.

Locking VP positions is extremely important when exporting and sharing dwg files for overlay purposes with other disciplines. Accidentally and unknowingly moving VPs can have dire consequences in this regard.

This doesn't seem especially logical to me, however it does make for a substantially larger amount of unwanted clicks, in addition to this you can't update all at once.
