mjm
I call bug: Mt Lion, VW 2013, tab key does NOT advance through the fields, such as the Format Text window or the Move Selection window. How can this be? Quote Link to comment
Peter van der Elst
Same problem here, Mountain Lion 10.8.2, VW 2013. That's quite a bug there... Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee klinzey Posted September 28, 2012 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted September 28, 2012 I think this is a new system preference in Mountain Lion on how the tab key behaves. The setting is in the keyboard settings, set the tab key to move between all controls. Quote Link to comment
Bruce Kieffer
Working for me, and I have the keyboard setting in my 10.8.2 sys prefs set to Text boxes and lists only. Quote Link to comment
mjm
Thanks for your thoughts on this... Couple of things: 1. My system has always had "All controls" clicked on (just checked for good measure) 2. This is the only software on my system which does not accept the tab key properly. Thanks, Michael Quote Link to comment
mjm
And Bruce, thanks. I switched from "all controls" to "Text boxes and lists" and all is well. Still wondering tho if that's not a bit of a bug. Edited October 2, 2012 by mjm Quote Link to comment
Jeff Van Velsor
I am recently having a problem when I hit the TAB key to enter data when drawing a line or rectangle, that the line I started will drop down to a random angle, or the rectangle will drop down to a random height on the -Y axis. Any thoughts? Quote Link to comment
