Christian Fekete
Is this possible to save? Quote Link to comment
Guest Wes Gardner
I'll take a stab at this one...I assume what you're referring to is the ability to show a wall as just parallel lines as opposed to showing it in all its fully-componentized glory? It's done with Wall Styles and turning off the component classes. A further adaptation/variation of this is to set all the components to be controlled "By Class" - this will give you the opportunity to override the various components and/or toggle them on/off in your viewports as well as adjust graphic attributes. Here're a couple of illustrations and a .vwx file Play with the Saved Views in the .vwx file to see what it does to the Class visibilities. Hope this helps Wes Edited September 14, 2012 by Wes Gardner Quote Link to comment
M5d
No. I use it for a three component ground line and unfortunately, once you close a drawing the tool resets to default. Quote Link to comment
CipesDesign
There is a fairly easy way to do this: Use the command "Custom Tool/Attribute". It basically writes a little script for you that will recall any settings and attributes as set. Find more info in the Help Files... Quote Link to comment

VincentCuclair
You could have a look at the Repetitive Unit or Linear Material perhaps they can do the trick? Edited September 15, 2012 by Vincent C Quote Link to comment
