MaxStudio
I'm looking to create a script that will print all my "saved views" as PDF's in one step. Is it possible and does anyone know where I can begin? Thanks Derek Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee klinzey Posted September 11, 2012 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted September 11, 2012 Current versions of Vectorworks include Export PDF (Batch) which will print saved views and sheet layers to a PDF. Quote Link to comment

MaxStudio
one more question. Does it only export the pdf's at full size? Is there a way to export a half size? Normally i don't export pdf's i usually print them. So if i need a half size i simply set the paper size to half and print at 50%. Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee klinzey Posted September 11, 2012 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted September 11, 2012 There is not way to scale just for the PDF export. It uses the current printer settings for the document for saved views and the printer settings specified by each sheet. Quote Link to comment
JBenghiat
There is also a Batch Print command which will send multiple sheets straight to the printer. If you're exporting to PDF, Acrobat (and most other PDF viewers) have an option in print settings to scale the page to the current paper size in Print Settings. -Josh Quote Link to comment
