Service Select question

Hi -

If we purchase a "Service Select" contract, are we obligated to renew it each year? I can't seem to find that information readily.

No but the renew price later on makes it somewhat punitive if you don't and obviously you won't receive the service. You must preference to not renew 90 days prior to release which is otherwise set up to be automatic.

Call them and they can give their rationale.

This is a yearly service so depending when you sign up for it you will be billed for on the anniversary which is not necessarily during the release date. As part of the service, you get the new release when it comes out no matter when your anniversary is.
