JasonWD Posted September 7, 2012 Share Posted September 7, 2012 Okay... so we've been using the hammer and slate method of annotation for years and I am getting into this database business... ... I can create keynotes and noticed that when you create the first keynote the Legend appears. If you delete the Legend HOW THE HELL DO YOU INSERT A NEW ONE?? I have tried copy/pasting one from another sheet, but that just crashes VW. Please help. Quote Link to comment
Mitchell Brooks Posted September 12, 2012 Share Posted September 12, 2012 Jason, This is certainly a work around but it worked for me just now. Select all of the notes on the drawing; use the "magic wand" tool if you have it (I am not sure it was available in 2010). In the Object Information Pallette, turn off their designation as key notes. Then turn them back on again. When I did that, my key notes legend reappeared. Good luck. Quote Link to comment
