Space Tool: ability to control visibility of boundary and label separately

Christiaan

Question

I'd like the ability to control visibility of boundary and label separately.

For instance I want to be able to put the boundary line in the Guides class and my label on a different class but have the label visible when I turn the Guides class off.

As the moment the boundary class controls the overall visibility of the label too.

Christiaan,

As with all containers in VW the outermost class of the object if turned off will turn off all objects within the container. I assume the turning off of 2d boundary is not an option? You can set up a script to run that does this for all spaces at once. To solve the issue you present we place the objects on a class that can then be overridden in viewport with no fill and no pen making them appear off. Not sure what situation you need for this to occur.

Regards,

Stan
