equipment schedule

Hi all

I'm using the ID tool to tag equipment in a small residence (water heater, furnace, etc)

I can fill in all fields in the ID tag window, and in the OIP for that instance - but none of it is saved.

None of it gets transferred to the Equipment Schedule.

Is that schedule just an empty worksheet that I can use to fill in data, or am I missing a way to link to it from the drawings?

The equipment is drawn on the design layer in the Equip-main class, some of it is auto-classed. The ID tool is placed in the viewport, but it attaches to the object.
