Previously we had a simple "PRELIMINARY" stamp on its own class which we could turn on/off globally for all titleblocks on all sheets. However, I removed this in preference for the more versatile "Drawing Stamp" built in to the VAA Title Block. I am now getting complaints from the staff because the stamp has to be turned on/off for each sheet layer - which is a bit of a hassle for a whole set of preliminary plans... and again when they have to be changed from preliminary to working drawings, etc!?!
